      This on campus peer-led crisis hotline aimed at reducing suicide attempts, improve reporting of sexual misconduct and connect students to the college counseling center. In order to meet these goals, I provided extensive weekly training of crisis intervention to volunteers. I supervised peer college counselors through live observation. I would debrief with each of the 12 hotline volunteers to process each client to create resilient staff.
