      Oversaw daily attendance functions for busy 250 students public elementary school. Managed two additional locations, and assisted the Principal with the legal and financial documentation.+ Increased Office’s efficiency by conducting a survey to assess the board, teachers and students need. Used Google forms to create a simple survey and distribute to employees and students via e-mail. Analysed the results and implemented necessary changes. + Pioneered the e-mail correspondence between students and the school. In past, students had to attend Office in person to make enquiries or ask for certain documentation (for example proof of attending the school). + Organised schedule for ordering necessary supplies, documents printing and similar tasks. In past, the tasks were conducted “on demand”, which created delays and unnecessary cost. New system dedicated days for different tasks and departments. + Decreased Office Materials expenses by 5% through renegotiation with supplier. Analysed current expenses, segmented list of competitors, contacted and received offers, talked to supplier and managed to achieve more favourable pricing.+ Reduced time of documentation re-issuing by half, from 14 to 7 days. Conducted analysis of documentation re-issuing process, identified the bottleneck, assessed possible solutions and presented them to the principal. + Improved student experience by introducing consultations for discussing different career paths. Students in Croatia have little access to information about possible high-school routes and what they imply. Facilitating the space to talk about different routes in co-operation with the school’s psychologist, students and parents gained a better understanding.+ Responsible for the recruitment of new staff.
