      As Editor-in-Chief of Seascape Literary and Art Magazine, I managed the Facebook page, coordinated email communication with team members, and led editorial meetings. I campaigned for submissions, designed flyers, and created templates for the graphic designer. I also organized the publication launch event, showcasing the work of our contributors.

      As Program Director of Sacajawea Day Camp, I developed summer themes and created 14 specialty programs, working closely with specialists year-round. I recruited, hired, and trained staff, focusing on leadership development and team enrichment. Promoted for my leadership, energy, and enthusiasm, I ensured open communication between management, staff, and campers, fostering collaboration and high-quality service delivery. As Program Facilitator, I led Girl Scout badge programs and team-building activities, while also instructing archery, zip-line, climbing wall, and challenge course activities, enhancing outdoor skills and teamwork. As a Sacajawea Day Camp Counselor, I organized daily activities, supervised younger staff, and served as a mentor and role model for adolescents and new team members, fostering leadership and teamwork. During my internship with the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore Outdoor Department, I scheduled programs and meetings using J-Events, managed social media, and created a preschool database for Monmouth and Ocean counties.
