      I lead the IBM Latin America Renewal and Contract Extension Sales Team for SaaS and Cloud Platform offerings. I am responsible for driving Latin America overall execution, strategy, progression, and closure of deals; driving a culture of teaming within the sales team, encouraging cross-brand solutions across Technology; building and maintaining strong relationships with key executives and influencers in Latin America to help drive and close complex transactions; leads & coaches the team through the end-to-end sales process to progress and close opportunities with a competitive mindset; leads & coaches the team to proactively identify & progress new opportunities (OI) through the sales cycle; partners with extended IBM team to achieve account strategy objectives; and building the right mix of skills and optimizing resource utilization to meet market and client demands.
