  Executing Transmission line in most challenging Terrain, As a Project Manager of Renovation type of line, was responsible for Design, Supply, execution of Transmission line which involved foundation and Tower erection in Water logged areas (Ramsay land) of Kerala Back waters. Executed more than 16K running meters of Pile with challenges in approach, Maintaining Grade of M35, Time bound Supply of RMC, Handling of local issues etc., Responsible for resource monitoring and coordination towards the completion of project. Responsible for Resource optimization and implementation of new technologies. also Responsible for contractual closing of completed projects with claim management. As a project Manager responsible for Scheduling, Client management, Resource mobilization, and completion of Project in time. Project Manager, responsible for completion of project which passes through SGNP, Slums of Mumbai and Industrial areas (MIDC of Boisar), responsible for obtaining statutory clearances on behalf of Customer. Responsible for resource mobilisation and ensuring the profitability of the project meeting the Budget requirements of the management. Strategizing the work methodology, as the renovation type line, shutdowns need to be scheduled with client considering the load factor. Responsible for Planning resources, materials, Subcontractor management with client handling and responsible for profit monitoring with avenues of increasing profitability and value addition to the stake holders. Responsible for reporting, Analysis of MIS reports with cash flow, working capital, ROCE. Responsible for mobilisation and retaining of Subcontractors, Progress monitoring and reporting, client coordination for Transmission line project.
