My duties included:*Lead in Malawi based operations at local level and also acted as country representative for Nvak.*Drafted, kept, updated, and regulated budgets and financial records of the organisation, third-party payments and donations. *Handled all the administration and local procurements tasks such as; searching for funding and performance opportunities, aiding in proposal writing, scheduling and attending meetings, procuring equip locally, and more.*Communicated relevant local protocols or regulations that Nvak’s operations adhered to.*Connected and wrote reports to our partners and strengthened relationships, including the State Department (USA Embassy), World Connect and Raising Malawi.
