As Chief of Products Branch G was responsible for:All routine and critical corrections for the NOAA Nautical Charts covering Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Puerto Rico.Managed a team comprised of 11 full time federal employees.Oversaw the implementation of a new chart production system utilized for the production of NOAA's International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) compliant S-57 Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC). • Highly skilled at serving customer’s needs through isolating the customer’s problem, and taking necessary steps to satisfy or resolve any of the customer’s issues.• Efficiently managed a Branch of 11 people responsible for the processing and distribution of critical corrections to U.S. Government nautical charts.• Responsible for work prioritization, deadline management, and employee scheduling. .
