      Tasked with the launching and management of a Sample Operations team within Casablanca, the below are some of my day to day responsibilities within the role:Product Management: Overseeing the entire sample process in Casablanca Paris during the product lifecycle, including receiving, cataloging, and organizing product samples (current and archive pieces). Maintaining an accurate inventory of all samples, managing sample loss percentage (%) with the aim of having all samples accounted for. Inspecting samples for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet company standards before distribution.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of samples globally to and from clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Providing on-site logistical support for all sample related operations across the company. Operations Management: Managing all sample operations globally between London, Paris, Milan e.t.c ensuring that the entire collection is available in the correct numbers and quality for fashion week, showrooms, retail requests and so on. Team Collaboration: Liaising daily with the design, PR, product development, production, sales, and marketing teams to understand their respective sample needs and priorities for various projects.Process Improvement/ Change Management: Spearheading the rollout and adoption of Launchmetrics/ Fashion GPS an industry standard ERP system to manage all sample related activities within and outside of the company.
