      This degree no longer exists today, but back then, you could get a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in office management and executive assisting. I went right into banking operations, and later moved into Information Technology (IT). I am one of few people who actually launched a successful and satisfying career based on what I studied. My experiences helped me to run the executive career services firm that I have been running since 2005.

      This was one of the best jobs I've ever had. I started out in Video Conference Reservations, was promoted to the Video Support Operations Center (VSOC) within three years. I thoroughly enjoyed my career in telecom/IT. Due to my background, the majority of my clients are IT executives.* Fast-tracked to senior level role launching video conference and satellite connections for major corporations. * I served as a key point of contact managing VTCs for Coca-Cola, KPMG, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick and Struggles, Deloitte and Russell Reynolds.* Managed entire department on weekends, solely led international conferences during their time zones, manned servers and resolved any network issues.* Performed troubleshooting as necessary, opened tier I trouble tickets and remotely resolved technical problems.* Developed a flow chart for the entire department that proved highly successful during crunch periods, and for resolving complex technical issues. First novel, Behind the Screen catapulted to several Bestseller lists around the nation.In addition:► Led career as an Author and acted as own Publicist. Successfully toured around the U.S.► Launched an aggressive marketing campaign resulting in Behind the Screen successfully placed on the bookshelves of brick-n-mortar stores in two months.
