  When I was in internship, I rotated in three different divisions. Each division, they have their own jobdesk. I ever got jobdesk to make a presentation, made an archives, helped BI staff to prepare the need in a event, made a concept for vlogging competition, and the best part I ever had in the internship was join a meeting and I choosed to be a minutes of the meeting.

  This is my first job that I got as fresh graduate. As purchaser, I get task to arrange the list of goods or services that company should buy. For better filling, I need to categorize the goods first. To better deal for buying the goods that needed, I searched for potential seller to list and connect with them to talk about offering, dealing, sending time to customer, also after that I need to compare for the best benefit that I can get for company. Dealing with the seller with purchase form. After dealing, coordinating with the finance division to proceed the agreement, then follow up seller about delivery, untill the goods arrived. Checking the goods condition and coordinating with other staff for the using and put in the warehouse. Following up finance with payment that need to do. For the last is, filling all document that relate with purchasing goods and making evaluation about the transaction which already done. Show less
