      In charge of 150+ employees including servers, life guards, pool attendents, bartenders and bar backs , food runners and hosts. I work with a range of different departments like public space, facilities, security , cashier cage, customer care, front desk to help the pool operation run smoothly on a day to day basis: I run the general pool floor , lifeguard rotation as well as the cabana rentals on the pool deck. Experience in sales, I generate at least a couple thousand a day in cabana rentals and help generate revenue in the restaurant as well.
