Oversaw annual departmental budget of $1 million and $6 million dollars in yearly revenue.Procured and managed the supply of over 60 book titles, Yoga International magazine, all marketing collateral, over 30 health products with over 100 component parts across 30+ domestic and international printers, suppliers and contract manufacturers. -Oversaw all receivables, trade and consumer shipments, inventory management and proper storage for all Himalayan Institute products. -Directly supervised 1-2 warehouse workers to oversee shipping processes, schedules, reduce costs, and reduce shipment errors. Ordered supplies and materials, picked, sorted, packed, labeled and shipped all trade and consumer shipments.
