Show less Serving as a Project Manager at Magnolia Audio Video for over three and a half years, I was instrumental in spearheading custom installation and new store opening projects across the San Antonio area. My role was to harness my project management skills and deep knowledge of the custom installation process to ensure the timely, budget-compliant completion of projects, all the while meeting quality standards and fulfilling customer expectations.As a Project Manager, I held fiscal responsibility for my assigned locations, aiding the District Service Manager in reaching financial targets for the custom installation market.
