      A senior sales manager role with full ownership for the sales and marketing strategy and execution for the business unit, leading 10 BDMs and support staff across 5 sales channels and 2 B2C business lines, with a yearly target of $12M.Key achievements include:- Maximized distribution channel sales & profitability (5 channels/2 business lines), leading to increased productivity, more effective reporting, clearer expectations for sales staff, development of a targeted financial reward model for each channel and cost savings in staff costs to the order of 5%. - Launched new business line following the acquisition of a small business operating in a niche market; leading my team to triple the sales volume in 9 months, using only 70% of the allocated marketing budget. This was achieved through effective market geographical segmentation, use of a ROI approach to managing marketing campaigns and effective competitor analysis / differentiation.- Recipient of the internal “Innovation Award” for the conceptualization and launch of a new sales channel targeting niche B2C markets.
