In addition I also managed the Market Asset Protection Managers, developed strategic initiatives and protected company profitability. As the Director of Loss Prevention for maurices I managed 5 Regional Loss Prevention Managers in the United States. I was responsible for helping to develop programs and procedures to help minimize shrink within the maurices division. I was also directly responsible for managing over 170 stores in the upper midwest and Canada as part of my daily responsibilities. As the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager I was responsible for loss prevention for over 160 Maurices stores in the upper Midwest and also supervised the Regional Loss Prevention Managers.
