  Accepted to a 6-week summer visiting economic analyst program at Dar al Handasah Shair and Partners- a leading project managing facility that contributes to the sustainable advance of communities worldwide.I had to ensure our phased comprehension plan was flexible, economically feasible and environmentally responsible. The client wanted to invest in land located in the Ivory Coast. I had to gain intimate knowledge with the economic and socio-economic realities of the country.

  National Youth Researcher

  Working directly with the President and Youth advisor, I was selected as a member of a National Team of 120 students forming policy research groups, working directly with the President and Youth Advisor on youth policy reform.I connected conflicting stakeholders towards common goals. The team crystallized concrete issues and solutions. We produced a groundbreaking reform package approved by Parliament, submitting three bills.

  I gathered data and produced a policy paper on the shortcomings of education leading to low skilled labor unemployment. We explored lags in human capital indicators and other instruments reflecting productivity. The distribution of skills in the labor force continues to be biased towards manual-routine and interpersonal skills instead of analytical skills; reflecting poor ministerial investment decisions.
