  I held a number program / project management and operations oversight roles in the US and overseas. During this time I cultivated an exceptional track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with established specifications. Select contributions in this role include:Oversight and coordination for humanitarian donations in Afghanistan, Yemen, and Mauritania. Fostered and cultivated open and collaborative lines of communication with College Park VFW to raise money and transport infant supplies for 50 mothers whose children were in the ICU in Kandahar Afghanistan. Managed the full project life cycle on the planning, construction, and establishment of 8 primary schools in Yemen and 12 primary schools in Afghanistan. Coordinated efforts with Yemeni and US Engineers to develop comprehensive plans to build 35 vital water tanks overs a 3-month period. Designed and launched the “Afghan Freedom Campaign;” a program aimed to instill democratic values, community pride, patriotism, and inspire the creative application of free thought for the next generation of Afghan leaders.   I designed, developed, and implemented 4 iterations of the Woman’s Livestock Training and Small Business Development Program in remote locations throughout Yemen. In this role I focused on the following:Fostered and cultivated open and collaborative lines of communication with donors to fund medical supplies; a vital component to enable students to generate income and improve economic livelihood / health in their communities.Followed up with Yemeni women to gauge program’s effectiveness; identified and modified shortcomings to facilitate future program growth and success.   Most recently, I collaborated with leaders in Notre Dames University’s Business on the Frontlines program on the design and development of a comprehensive framework for the Civil Affairs Doctrine; defined criteria for recruit selection, developed ongoing training and development, and provided support for ongoing missions. Select contributions in those role include: Successfully planned and conducted 25 iterations of pre-mission academic training's and post mission back briefs.
