      As a part of this job role, I serve as the senior human resource operations and retention program manager for divisions consisting of up to 12K employees. It is worth mentioning that I supervise, coordinate, and evaluate four senior-level talent retention managers, and provided 15 workers with leadership, guidance, mentoring, and development.Below listed are some of my achievements within this job role:• Increased talent retention annually with a record of 280% in one year by directing program objectives, developing directorate plans, providing purpose, and conducting an evaluation of personnel performance.• Executed a $20K retention budget, devised resource spend plans and predicted resource needs, monitored and reported on the expenditure of money, and ensured achievement of retention objectives.• Translated and defined HR policies, standards, and procedures concerning staffing needs, job categorization, and position management, while improving organizational readiness and regulatory compliance.• Supervised the processing of over 200 employee retention packages, guaranteeing the correctness of all contracts and the timely distribution of employee incentive pay and incentives totaling $1.2M.
