      Delivered on budget, within schedule, a Php 8.5 million technology business incubator (TBI) project, being involved in the planning, design, deployment, and management of the facility. The TBI was the first operational university based TBI, supporting the academe in commercializing research outputs and nurtures IT start-ups to sustainable enterprises. Generated an unanticipated income of over Php 1 million and retained competent staff by evaluating the project against the objectives, making constant adjustments, reporting detailed progress, and managing against risks.Designed a cohesive training program for start-ups, including establishing a mentoring system by successful entrepreneurs and events for networking and keeping up with technology trends.Created the first satellite Technology Transfer & Business Development Office, which supports academe in technology transfer and IP management, with full support at all levels up to the UP president.Planned and deployed the first Innovation Forum in 2008, a venue for sharing ideas on techno-preneurship with 150+ participants from industry, government, and academe, securing financial and in-kind support from all three sectors. Doubled attendance at the second Innovation Forum in 2010, co-sponsored by Google, Ayala, and others. Raised Php 6.9 million ($145,800) in grants/subsidies/in kind support, by identifying funding sources, engaging stakeholder support, and managing expectations of donors including Microsoft, IBM, NEC Telecom Software (NEC), Ayala Foundation, and Department of Science and Technology (DOST); in kind support included a Php 1.34 million ($28,000) infrastructure grant which connected the campus to a global network of academic and research institutions.
