All staff in all sub program locations fill out employee evaluation forms to picking one staff who has been the most impressive performer in the year. The team leaders are excluded. The evaluation covers ten different parameters-scoring on a range of 0-10. The best staff(s) is/are the ones with the highest scores. In 2007, I was a Project officer WASH and was picked as among the best three in the year.
