      Activities and Societies: - Performed a Battery Recycling Capstone in partnership with PACCAR, Inc. (Winter & Spring, 2023) - Undergraduate ChemE Peer Mentor (Spring 2023) - Served by invitation on interview panel for prospective ChemE Faculty (Winter 2023) - Achieved 3rd Place in ChemE Hackathon (C-Hack) 2022 - Former ChemE Car Officer (2022) - Husky Robotics Spectroscopy Research Team (Science) (January - December 2020) - Engineering 105 - developed and built a prototype thermoelectric adaption vest I earned my B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington. Through the standard curriculum I learned transport processes, process dynamics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, unit operations, communication skills, among other topics. Additionally, my focuses were in Energy Systems and Data Science, wherein I did undergraduate research and took electives focused on batteries, data analysis, and renewable energy.

      Schwartz Group: - Continue research and development of computational models of King County Metro bus power consumption, maintain and improve software modeling tools, analyze battery cell- and pack-level aging using non-destructive and destructive methods. Pursuing a masters degree in Chemical Engineering and Data Science Serve as a peer mentor to a group of incoming ChemE undergraduates, meet with them throughout the quarter, provide advice, information, and facilitate connections and a better undergraduate experience. Schwartz Group:- Analyzing computational models of energy storage, and testing with Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy with the goal of optimizing and expanding King County Metro's electrical bus lines.

      Construct, test, and dissect 35 sodium-ion batteries with modification to electrode size, current collectors, & housing, Led investigation into current collector options. Used SEM & EDS to characterize reactions.Fabricated parts for prototype battery model, including 3D modeling in blender and a 3D printer. Wrote python scripts to aid in data analysis, involving Gitt cycles, dQ/dV charts, lifetime predictions. Writing, modifying, and using custom Arbin cycler scripts.
