      My job was to oversee the everyday operation of the Food and Nutrition department. This included all food production, menu development, recipe development, safety, job counseling, scheduling, ordering, inventory, interviewing and delegation . Another aspect of the job was to generate new menu ideas twice yearly, to meet the needs of the NSBLP. This was done in conjunction with the lead Dietician.I also catered and ran all of the on campus catering events with guest ranges from 20 to 200.
