Jan 2019 - Jan 2024- As the most senior member of the team, I covered ad interim the managing role for the Italian market's Display & Video ads business, directly reporting into the Head of Southern Europe, and looking after the overall DV360 and Google Ads and reservation YouTube business from Google's EMEA HQ in Dublin. - As a member of the Southern Europe leadership team in gCare (Google's customer experience organisation), I represented the Italian market at Sales and Ops meetings. I also collaborated with country-level Go-To-Market leads in Milan to align on key initiatives involving Sales and Operations teams from Google’s Dublin Hub. - Special appointment to service top tier clients in the Italian market advertising abroad (Export clients), providing consultation over all their Display & Video activities worldwide; accountable for technical supporting all their media agency stakeholders and other 3P technology providers to implement media plans and technical features on their own Google Marketing Platform.
