Creating their accounts, aligning them to the territories for OCE users.I have handled creating and assigning of Products (medical products), Activity plan, Surveys, Coaching template, Email template, Presentations, etc.My expertise also includes making configuration changes to fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports, thereby enhancing system functionality.
