      I carried out various administration and sales support duties within the digital sales support department including preparing product sample packs, and distributing them to both account managers and potential customers. Preparation of customer quotes on behalf of account management and hardware reps, Following which if accepted I would place the orders on our internal systems and with our suppliers, chase the deliveries of hardware and make installation arrangements with customers and technicians. This would then be followed through to the end, paperwork collated and invoicing processes completed. I would take sales support calls in relation to products and general queries from customer and other Paperlinx branches as this team is a central knowledge hub for the company, as well taking detailed information and logging technical issues on our internal system so they can be followed up by the relevant technical parties.       Within 6 months of my previous role as nights receptionist I was also trained to cover the role of assistant night manager which led to me being promoted to Nights Manager within a 141 bedroom, citycentre hotel. The nights manager role includes all previous responsibilities as well as preparing dailystatistics and financial data for the next shift, covering other departments over the course of the night, ensuring security of the hotel and guests, as well as the smooth running of the hotel.
