      ELS- Managed Services (Enterprise Learning Solution) is a division of NIIT LTD which provides training & administrative solutions to its worldwide clients.Description:I was a part of PILOT project STATOIL which is a leading OIL Company of the world. My role was to organize & administer HR training for all Statoil employees. I was also cross trained in various business processes and I was promoted to join the SWAT team. The role of this team was to undertake the responsibilities of the projects which required support to deliver better service. The main focus of the SWAT team was to identify the improvement area & redefine the business process to improve the service level. ( Our contribution has lead project Statoil to raise its CSS Score to 4.8 from 3.2 out of 6 which was considered as big achievement for a pilot project ). Being in Swat team, I have undertaken training administration projects ( PHILIPS & NOKIA ) along with my primary project Statoil. My ideas & contribution has led to introduction of new business process of Email Reminders in Project Philips which was appreciated by client & resulted in expansion of Training delivery business in this project.
