      - Preparing/Drafting required contract/sub contract templates in order to maintain minimum risks & near-balanced contracts and reviewing contract drafts/templates submitted by other parties in addition to negotiating contractual terms with other parties to reach to a deal.- Studying of the Contractual Documents and Making Contracts summary (main contractual points- Time-bars – Payments- Areas of Concern) for the on-going contracts in addition to risk registers.- Preparing the standard templates for Notice of Variation (NOV), Notice of Claim (NOC) to be used by the variations department.- Provide advice to PM/Project Team, regarding to the interpretation of the contract terms and conditions in terms of (Risks, Obligations and Entitlements)- Administrating contracts in post-award phase and handling correspondences for ex. (Notices of Claims/Delays/Disruption, EOT, Site Possession, Contractual Disputes, Prolongation claim, responses to determination letters, TOCs and Hand over letters.- Creating fully detailed Particular Claims and assisting in the negotiations.- Track, review and update the Issues, Claims and Variations Logs and maintain Time Bar for EOT & Prolongation Claims Notices and Reminders.- Document a brief description of the lessons learned after analyzing the issues to determine why the issue occurred.- Contribute to building a good working relationship between Employer and Contractor, avoiding unnecessary disputes with a pro-active attitude to the arising disruptions and disputes that are not cleat in Contractual terms.- Attendance of progress meetings internally and with clients.- Creating Contractual and Legal Documents ( NDA, MOU... etc.) Show less
