My customers are members who own the Credit Union that I serve at. I strive to understand their needs and provide the best product solutions for them. Take loan applications, make loan decisions within ECOA and Fair Lending guidelines, provide loan closing, and disburse closing funds. Service loans including member service via phone calls and walk ins regarding questions and change requests as well as delinquency and collection activities. Originate mortgages from start to finish. Loan application via URLA all the way to the closing table. Identify and calculate affordability, ratios, employment history and then make decision. Processing tasks including Verification of Employment, initiating appraisal order, monitoring status, preparing loan for closing department, ensuring underwriting guidelines are in compliance with the organization guidelines. After the transaction is complete, I continue to service the file as needed with payment arrangements, changes, and delinquency management. Working in financial services opens the door to working with varied tasks to manage each day. I'm excellent at managing multiple requests, prioritizing needs, meeting goals and timelines.
