      • As Art Director, I was sent on location to supervise and direct fashion photo shoots to support catalog design. My job was to insure that the correct vision was captured during the photo shoot and the budget was maintained.• In the senior graphic designer role, I designed and produced mail order catalogs for Norm Thompson and Early Winters. I was responsible for organizing product information, collaborating with copywriters and designing monthly catalog.

Show less Executed Global Consumer Experience Program initiatives, foremost by leading the Associate Network Program. The Associate Network is a development programed for associates to participate in change activities and communications for their retail store. Creating a communication pipeline aimed directly at the associate level, allowing quick collection of feedback and minimizing employee resistance. It provides early visibility to issues and risks and primes employees for upcoming changes and offers managers additional support. Executed Global Business Transformation Program initiatives: Global Business Transformation is a company-wide initiative to evaluate and transform business processes and technological platforms across all divisions and brands. This is the largest initiative in Columbia's 75-year history. I was responsible for all prep and logistic requirements to support Change Management and Communication Activities for release 2 and release 3, 4 & 5 of the GBT Portfolio. Accomplishments include: • Project Coordinator working with the Project Lead to manage and execute an overview of Columbia Sportswear Company's business processes. The Transformational Training program is delivered as 4 separate modules to all employees at Columbia Headquarters. Managing all logistics for the Transformational Training Classes, plus Hands-On Training, Monthly Managers meetings, and special events. • Creating, organizing and maintaining training class calendar/schedules, meeting facilitator’s needs, organizing and managing the training materials, and handling catering needs for a global roll out. This includes HQ, MHW, DC's, Canada, LO's. • Ensuring training rooms are assigned and ready for training and all training documentation is printed and distributed to the correct audience. • Ensuring all catering requirements are met on and off site.• Building relationships and collaborating closely with representatives from internal business partners, as well as external vendors.
