  TEP project objective was increasing the number of mobile subscribers and expanding mobile coverage by building new sites and expansion work. My role was defining the project scope, estimating resources, schedule, and cost, and monitoring the quality of project implementation activities against project performance baselines. I closely monitor and control every project activity against the performance baselines and if there is any deviation, I will prepare change requests for modification. During project execution, I acquire and develop the team in order to meet the project objectives. I record and communicate lessons learned during the project execution for the better performance of the current project and for future projects. During the closing stage, I close procurement contracts, handover the deliverables (telecom sites) to operation and maintenance department, and prepare a final report. Show less
