      • Serves as a Team Lead for multiple EBI and Information Management efforts such as: Human Resources Data Warehousing and Reporting, COVID Data Warehousing and Reporting, and Corporate Data Governance.• Assembles peers, key players, and customers (staff members to executive management) from across divisions and functional areas (HR, Medical, IT, Data Governance, Personnel & Physical Security, Executive Office) to align needs and facilitate conversations to drive action by all team members for a collective and collaborative response to the pandemic. • Oversee and help manage the operations and strategic direction of HR data warehousing and reporting. Acts as the first point of contact for questions, requests, and consultation from customers from various organizations, centers, and divisions across the Labs. Create business processes, workflows, leads projects, participates in conversations with IT peers and HR functional customers to drive larger strategic direction and initiatives.• Acts as the Product Owner for the Data Warehouse and Reporting Module for the HCM project. Works closely with the Data Warehouse and Reporting Module Lead in leading a team of interdisciplinary developers to meet the needs of the project. Work with management and the HCM Product Management Team to plan and allocate resources (people and funding). Partner with other module leads, developers, functional partners, and implementation partners to develop strategies, develop requirements, develop plans, identify fit-gaps, and then create actionable items that will meet the identified needs.• Initiated efforts to develop a Corporate Data Governance Strategy with our peers in Information Management (Enterprise Business Intelligence, Data Sciences, Knowledge Systems, and Data Architecture & Management). Show less • Served as a subject matter expert and owner for Talent Acquisition Center technical tools and processes (i.e. SharePoint, logistics support, staffing audits, records management, events management, intern pipeline, resume storage, and reporting).• Administered and implemented incremental enhancements to our pseudo Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool developed in SharePoint based on the changing needs/gaps of corporate Recruiting. This tool allows the corporate Recruiting team the ability to communicate with, track, manage, and report on our top recruits from campus recruiting.• Developed and maintained the Staffing Quality Assessment SharePoint tool that allows the Staffing department to conduct, track, manage, and report on internal audit activities resulting in increased awareness and quality of their services.• Partnered with IT to maintain, enhance, and test the Recruiting Authorization Form developed on the ARAS Innovator platform that facilitates the request and approval for customer recruiting travel and logistics support.
