  I work as a Liver Transplant Coordinator for NSW and ACT. We manage the list of Adult and Pediatric pre Liver Transplant patients for NSW/ACT. I also work with the other transplant centers around Australia, New Zealand and Noumea for receiving and communicating donor offers for urgent interstate abdominal organ transplantation. I organise the donor retrieval teams. I also case manage a group of Advanced Liver Disease patients who are awaiting or being assessed for Orthotopic Liver Transplantation and a 400 + patient group of post Liver Transplant patients.
