  I founded and operated SoBold individually from 2011-2014. SoBold was a custom apparel company targeted towards creating goods for fraternal organizations but did do business with other small business, sports teams, and municipalities. As a solo operation I managed all business areas including Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, Product Development etc. Gaining an immense number of business and interpersonal related skills that I use and hone to this day.

  With Newman Psychopathy Research Lab I helped conduct, develop, refine, and analyse multiple behavioral and psychophysiological experimental tasks targeted at human attentional processes. As well as being exposed to survey and interview best practices extensively I was responsible for administering tests to both student and incarcerated subjects on campus and off site at Wisconsin correctional institutions respectively. These responsibilities necessitated an ability to problem solve and diffuse conflict quickly, with finality and a high degree of competency while often being unable to communicate directly with superiors. Show less The Student Success Institute was an innovative campus-wide community of Student/Workforce Partners who worked together to engage students as active agents, architects and partners in their Wisconsin Experience for equity, inclusive excellence, and holistic success. I partnered with the Center for Academic Excellence on implementing the “Growth Mindset” within the Summer Collegiate Experience summer bridge program. As well as with an interdepartmental initiative to Facilitate and Enhance Collaboration to Increase STEM Access and Success and with the McNair Scholars Program to increasing awareness and recruitment initiatives.   I was one of nine students selected to receive this fellowship out of 500+ applicants. Conducted research on selective attention to motivationally significant drug stimuli: differential effects of psychopathic and antisocial personality disorder symptoms with incarcerated and non-incarcerated subjects. Research culminated in a paper (to be published in PREP journal upon completion of ongoing project) and a presentation at PREP symposium.

My main project is the process development, operation, and maintenance of a robotic assembly unity for a new product line.
