      Conducted time studies and assisted with the implementation of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) for the foundries. Also conduct SPC studies on Sand properties and clay content of of sand mix. Responsible for the scrap data.

      Staffed and implemented the special products department at Caradco. The department included all the company display building, true divided lite product lines, radius product production. Justification responsibility for the manufacturing departments of the company.
