      • Issue decisions on insurance claims within the time frame that each case allowed.• Liaise with customer when a complaint or enquiry is received ensuring they receive a call back within two days and their concerns are raised with relevant managers• Co-ordinate records of audits on a monthly basis ensuring that updates are sent on numbers.
