  Weight & Balance/Load Planning: Gathered payload data from check‑in staff and cargo agents; calculated the aircraft’s centre of gravity; planned distribution of passengers and cargo to keep the aircraft within safe limits.Developed load plans and produced final weight‑and‑balance documentation (load sheets) using Altéa/Amadeus systems; ensured loads were optimised for fuel efficiency and regulatory compliance.Communication & Liaison: Served as the key liaison between the flight deck, ramp supervisors, passenger services and airline operations; communicated load instructions, special requests and last‑minute changes.Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensured all loading activities met Civil Aviation Authority/EASA/IATA regulations and Air Dispatch procedures.Checked that dangerous goods and special loads were documented correctly and that weight and balance calculations adhered to international safety standards.Documentation & Reporting: Sent completed loading information and messages (CPM/LDM) to airline systems after departure.Generated shift reports and recorded deviations or changes for quality audits.Maintained currency on all updates and communication from duty managers.Addressed unexpected situations or emergencies during flight operations, using strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision‑making to minimise delays.Coordinated with customer airlines and their contractors to deliver weight and balance documentation that met both Air Dispatch and airline standards.
