  Drilling ERD wells in Yurkharovskoe field.October 2013 - successful drilling ERD well with unique design in the Yurkharovskoye field (closure more than 5800 meters). The 9 5/8“ casing shoe depth 4867 meters, the 7” cementing liner depth is 5832 meter (a head of 7" liner hanger is 4354 MD), the 5” liner depth is 7274 meter (a head of 5" liner hanger is 5730 MD), a final closure 5839 meters.November 2013 - successful drilling a new record ERD well in Siberia with unique design in the Yurkharovskoye field (closure more than 7000 meters). The 9 5/8“ casing shoe depth 5626 meters, the 7” cementing liner depth is 6997 meters (a head of 7" liner hanger is 5121 MD), the 5” liner depth is 8497 meters (a head of 5" liner hanger is 6929 MD), a final closure 7059 meters. ERD rate is 2.43.June 2014 – multilateral (3rd level TAML) ERD well drilling completed with a record depth - 9 ⅝“ casing shoe depth is 5049m (TVD is 2471m, closure to the shoe is 3825m). The 7“’ cementing liner depth is 6119m (TVD 2807m and closure is 4835m). Section 155.6mm the first (primary) 5” filter liner completed in total depth is 7418m (vertical 2904m, 1299m length of the open hole, closure is 6065m). Successful cutting "window" in 7” casing in the interval 6054-6059m (TVD is 2777m and deviation in the window was 4780m). The use of whipstock system “Trakmaster Plus”. Sidetrack ø155.6mm with total depth 7438m and 5” filter liner RIH in two stages (length ST open hole from the window was 1379m, closure ST is 6155m, TVD is 2880m). Multiple joint (Multiple System completion “Rapid Tieback”) was RIH after removal of the wedge. The ERD ratio is 2.14. Show less
