  As Senior Director of Advancement at FLY, I oversee the Communications Department and lead foundation management efforts, including the stewardship, cultivation, and prospecting of foundation donors. I manage a portfolio of over $4 million annually and play a key role in fundraising campaign strategy and execution. I work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer to develop and refine strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of our campaigns, events, and overall fund development goals.
