  PDH Operations Engineer

  - Got experience in the following units: Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) UHDE STAR Process ®, Gas Fired Heaters, CO2 Removal-Gas Sweetening, Dryers, Distillation, Gas and Air Compressors, Cold-box and Turbo-expander. - Played a successful role as participating in the PDH catalyst performance test with ThyssenKrupp group in 2019. - Issuing work permits (hot, cold and confined space) to start work safely and reduces risk by 90%. - Involved in preparing for plant commissioning and 2020 shutdown activities. - Supervised a group of field operators in 2020 shutdown to install End Blinds in PDH Plant. - Played a successful role as a team member which changed Catalyst with T.I.M.E Service Catalyst Handling in 2020. - Changing Catalyst was done through Reformers and Oxy-Reactors Vacuum Unloading, Dense Loading (Unidense), Measuring ΔP for tubes filled with catalyst, Correction ΔP and Drying out in March 2020. - Involved in changing and reinstalling new drums at ammonia unit followed by ammonia filling during 2020 shutdown. - Participated in Start-up PDH (Propane De-hydrogenation) Plant after the 2020 Shutdown. عرض أقل
