All supplier contracts for more than 100 suppliers needed to be renegotiated in a very short period of time. A new business and pricing model needed to be developed to replace the old supply structure which was managed by the state-owned pharmacy company under the monopoly.The organization also had functions for price negotiations, assortment and quality control.
