  Choba Choba is a social start up that produces premium fair trade chocolate. The cocoa farmers who are involved in the process are not only producers but also shareholders of the company, meaning that they have a real decision power. With two other interns, we worked on the construction of 2 new centers of cocoa treatment post harvest in San Martin Region of Peru. The aim of those centers is to improve the cocoa quality and its productivity. We worked on the field with the cocoa producers on the feasibility and the cost analysis of the project. Show less
