  Funtional lead of Business Banking in Group Credit Risk (2 line of defend). Initiate credit risk stress tests and responsible for monitoring appropriateness of scenarios and assumptions. Responsible for the credit assessment and the credit decision process for Retail Banking Sweden. Responsibility of the implementation of the Group Credit Policy, Instructions and guidelines and ensuring that operations are aligned with these throughout the business organisation. Responsible of 13 branches in Stockholm City (Household), total of 160 employees. Branch Manager in Västervik 2006-2007, both corporate business and household, 12 employees.Branch Manager in Huddinge 2007-2008 with 25 employees and 1 teamleader.
