Reduced the workers compensation costs and claims significantly. Received Leadership Award for Caesars in just second year, helping create a safe and secure environment for all guests, patrons and team members. Created a culture where safety was a priority and part of the job.

  Successfully opened Bacara Resort & Spa in 2000, creating and developing the risk management, safety and security programs, policies and procedures. This included hiring, training and development of a Safety & Security Staff, department and installation of a camera surveillance system, radio communication system and security access systems.
