  New Jahra Hospital is a mega fast-track project in Kuwait with a total amount of 1.2 billion us dollars, and the volume of MEP trades is 300 million us dollars, it started in March 2015 and finished in May 2019.Work Performed:-this project was the biggest challenge in my life because it was so huge with tight time finished only in four years although the volume of trades need six years to be finished at least, I divided the project into one hundred small areas and consider each area as a separate small project with special manpower working 24h/7d.
