  THE STORY UNFOLDS…What you will read in the next few minutes is a tale that has all the makings of a modern fable. Enchanting journey…valiant characters…daunting challenges…and deserving victory, this story packs it all. So let’s travel back to where it all began. The year: 1962, when an enterprising young man Mr. Bhupendra Parmar founded PARMAR GROUP a business enterprise dealing in furnitures. Though initially smaller in size, it had a distinct advantage in Mr. Parmar’s huge vision for the business. Strongly acknowledged across the industry as an innovator, he has played a pioneering role in introducing international furniture technology to India. The Next ThrustAt PARMAR GROUP we have never believed in resting on our laurels. Planning ahead of schedule and looking beyond the obvious is what keeps us on our toes. As soon as the long yet highly fruitful phase involving ergonomics reached its zenith, it was time for our next milestone. Thus year 2004 heralded the birth of an exclusive boutique that would house exemplary designs, international trends and progressive ergonomics; all under one roof. This unique concept received a huge thrust with the entry of Mr. Gaurav Parmar, an ardent believer in fresh innovative thinking and his vision to emerge as an undisputed leader in seating solutions.Geared for the futureIn 2008, PARMAR GROUP obtained ISO 9001-2000 Certification from TUV / SUD, South Asia which demands futuristic thinking / planning and active commitment towards continual improvement and customer focus. It was an industry first for a retail furniture studio in India at its time. In 2009, it was upgraded to ISO 9001-2008. No surprises then, PARMAR today enjoys a proud association with one of the top five international brands in seating solutions and has been appointed its sole retail chain partner for Mumbai region. Jayesh Parmar in Kunst Karigar pursued to create rare mix & fusion of great ideas from Indian master craftsmanship & unique, intelligent and creative designs of European origin projected in Art galleries, International forums devoted to furniture.This attempt developed in an amazing work of happy furniture that speaks to you, furniture with Soul, making a statement about you.One will find that each piece of our kunst furniture has been specially master crafted with utmost care & love, in the similar way as the parents raise their babies. Each piece of kunst furniture is different from the other because it is created to be itself. It is a “cut-out” from a log of wood. It is primarily created from a highly laborious process requiring great deal of attention and skill caring to every tiniest detail. No clones are produced in large numbers. Wood is an organic material and should be treated with warmth. Special love and care is given to the wood at Kunst Karigar to retain its friendly charm and increase its durability & reliability as a commodity.
