  My duties and responsibilities included serving as a leader for a 33 student member organization; maintaining and organizing semester schedules for weekly special and on campus tours. Additionally I mentored and trained new ambassadors, and served as a liaison between students and managers. My responsibilities included giving tours to perspective students and families; provided information on university services and shared my personal experience, which highlighted my strong public speaking and overall communication. My position required me to work cooperatively with other admissions staff members, de-escalate any arising situations and develop an understanding of undergraduate and graduate admissions, as well as transfer services and operations in order to properly assistant prospective students.
