Role requires me to work as an Engagement lead of the project with end to end delivery, like from initiating and identifying the robotics solution to a business process and then ending up with the delivery of the robotics solution on production. Which helps the business in cost saving and more productive hours.Helps the team in creating the appropriate documents for the business and VRMs, Test cases and in functional and unit testing. Apart from this support in re-engineering of the different function process.Projects include:o Live Risk Prevention Tool – Screen fraud is a technology to create robotic rules inside CRM to prevent agent fraud. Project had several components like BPM and custom scripting. The project was for J.P Morgan, saved over 250K USD in fines. Tools used –Skelta, J-Script, Jacada JIA, ASP.NET, MS-SQL Role – Business Analysto Claim Assignment – Project involves assigning the claims to specific teams at the start of the day with some business rule. The robots first run the macro to extract the unassigned claims from the database and then assign the claims to the specific team member from a team in Service Now (Request/Case application). Once all the cases have been performed by the robots, robots send the MI reports to the business stating the performance of the day on each claim. The project involved three applications: - Ms Excel (for macro), Service Now (for Cases) and Outlook (for reports). Project on production.
