  As the General Manager of One Stop, I am the primary contact for all our direct buys, distribution representatives, and regional reps from major and mom-and-pop manufacturers alike. This is in addition to directly assisting my staff with training and answering more complicated questions, as well as resolving issues with our client base daily. As a GM, I strive to be as hands-on in the sales experience as possible. I am continuously in awe that I am still learning and growing with this industry after 14 wonderful years, and can't wait to expand my knowledge even more. Show less While my duties increased to including purchasing and more direct communication with our reps, I was still in charge of all training and sales on the retail side of the store. I have strived to leave my staff – my family – with the tools they needed for success both in and out of this industry, as well as educating our clients to allow them to make the wisest decisions for their pools, based on their specific needs. This mindset has assisted One Stop in growing their annual revenue significantly over the past few years, a result of us all working together as a team toward a sales environment that benefits the customer and us alike. Additionally, during the Great Freeze of 2021, I spearheaded an entirely new way to organize over 5000 special orders, physically and digitally, to keep us on top of the growing chaotic and stressful situation; this effort, combined with open and honest communication with our clients, resulted in far less cancellations and returns – I believe purely due to our sales team’s efforts and organizationWhen the winter storm hit Texas in February, the swimming pool industry was particularly stretched thin, and I helped create an entire new system for organizing over 5,000 orders for our customers, making the hectic process more manageable for us and our community alike. Show less I began working for One Stop in 2009, as a front of house sales associate. In 2016, I was offered the opportunity and privilege to manage the front end of the store. This began with me offering to revise and update our training manuals and onboarding documentation and ended up with me growing more passionate about this industry daily. As Sales Manager, I was able to take charge of training, merchandising, customer loyalty management, as well as learning the ins and outs of equipment repair and high level pool chemistry knowledge.   Swagit is a leading provider of streaming services to Government bodies and agencies. I worked as the sole Executive Assistant for the CEO as well as for the top Sales individual. Among my duties for the CEO, I did all the monthly and annual invoicing to our clients, as well as filing, general organization, and detail-checking. For the Sales lead, I provided inter-office communication, data entry, updating of client and lead information in our HubSpot platform, and responded to RFPs for government clients, in addition to writing a majority of our sales outreach emails, both for marketing, and individual emails to clients.This job only ended because of Covid-19 in April of 2020.
