In addition, manages project schedules, project Budget, resources, meet stakeholders, approval of submittals, shop drawings and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, risk management plan, and auditing. It worth to know that the design package was handled by using the Agile approach to meet the stakeholders’ satisfactions in early stages and the construction packages were handled using the regular method, predictive approach since the vision and information were clear enough for the following projects but not limit to: - Rehabilitation and jacketing for Existing Mother and Child Hospital of Lubango, Angola. In addition, review of contracts, review quantities and payment certificates, preparation of progress reports, and weekly reports, manages project schedules, control project budget and resources for the following projects but not limited to: - Abraj Kudai Project, Saudi Arabia, multi-functional development in the vicinity of Makkah Holy Haram on a site area of 64,000 m². this project consists of 12 different tower from 30 to 48 storeys in addition to a large podium. - Mataf Project, Saudi Arabia. The project was to increase of Mataf capacity up to three times its original capacity. Show less Agile approach was the main approach in most of the design packages since the project information were not clear enough from the customer/stakeholder side and might consider huge number of changes, so we considered to welcome all changes using this approach. I have been allocated as scrum master on some projects – servant leader. So I was Participated in reviewing the issues subjected in the time box with the product owner and sit together with the team to settle the number and period of the required iterations. This approach helps the team to deliver value to our customers/stakeholders faster and with fewer headaches instead of betting everything on a big bang. Most of the below project was handled in multy phases starting from proposal till reaching the tender document and each iteration, we were submitting small package for go/no go phase gate.Following projects are example but not limited to: - Takoradi Super Base, Ghana. The project consists of a core central building, mechanical workshop, chemical and other warehouses. - Three Workers Hospitals and a Standalone Healthcare Centre, Qatar.
