Dec 2001 - Aug 2010- Lead coordinator for an organisation of 2500 personnel to meet a strategic intent focused on preparation for operations. Used weekly coordination meetings to address all functional area demands to ensure that all tasks were completed prior to deployment.- Ensured that critical objectives were met inside demanding deadlines with limited resources to support the executive output.
