The project focussed on defining the scope, leading a team of SMEs not normally involved in project work, delivered the technology requirements, understanding the legal and commercial aspects of the project, a procurement process and identifying ad-hoc solutions when required to deal with unforeseen problems.Responsible for the EMEA Change Management teams Business Resilience Plan and incident management. As the first Veteran intern at BlackRock in Edinburgh, jointly set up the Edinburgh Veteran Network at BlackRock. Gained MD level support for the network that has assisted in the network providing over £40,000 of charitable donations to local military charities.
